Bathroom cabinet production process 9 steps

Bathroom cabinet production process 9 steps:

1, pick:

Observing the color and age of wood with naked eyes, selecting suitable materials according to the number of bathroom cabinets, according to different parts of bathroom cabinets. Generally, the surface of cabinets is made with neat appearance and beautiful color. Some defects and joints should be treated with special technology (such as joints filled with professional filling materials before they can be used in bathroom). Cabinet production) with the back of the cabinet or other obscure parts; if found to have deterioration, deformation or worms, abandon it, to ensure the consistency of the quality of the bathroom cabinet.

2, cut:

According to the professional production operation book (customized products according to the special drawing), according to the specific tool, the different parts of the required materials into different sizes.

3, grinding:

The finished wood is polished to remove burrs, residual bark and scratches on the surface. This procedure will be repeated many times in the production process.

4. Drill:

The installation holes of timber pre-drilling structure are drilled by professional precision bench drills and other professional tools. The next process is specially designed to ensure that no installation holes can be seen on the surface of the installed bathroom cabinet.

5, spell.

Imported raw materials are generally about 1000*60*20MM wood strips. To make side panels, door panels, floor panels and other parts of the bathroom cabinet, we must go through the process of “splicing”. The splicing is a process that pays more attention to technology and manufacturing accuracy. First, the wood with the same size after selection and polishing is arranged side by side in a specific die, and then the splicing board is coated on the parts that need splicing, and then the splicing board is used specially. Fixtures are pressurized and fixed at the same time from around to up and down, and can be maintained for more than 24 hours. At the same time, in the process of assembling, there are larger surfaces, such as the floor, which will be calculated and grooved by professional engineers according to the force area and expansion and contraction coefficient, so as to prevent the cabinet from deforming in the future use (principle: rail joints and grooves on cement pavement).

6, throw:

Professional polishing machines are used to polish the assembled cabinets for many times. The polishing machines include plane polishing machines, special-shaped polishing machines, spherical polishing machines, irregular polishing machines and manual polishing machines, which are used to treat different shapes of wood. There are special classifications of initial polishing and fine polishing in the polishing machines, and the polishing wheels/wheels with differences in thickness and material.

A Removal of the beneficial plywood glue;

B Remove the small burrs on the surface of wood.

C polishing also checks whether the surface of the jigsaw is straight.

D polishing along the wood grain to make the wood texture more stereoscopic;

E Convenient paint, etc.

7, cutting:

After the previous several processes, the board has taken shape, but to become a part of the bathroom cabinet also needs to go through the “tailoring” process, which requires high accuracy. The errors between the various components of the bathroom cabinet are calculated in units less than millimetres, so it is required to measure the parts after the splicing again, to cut out the parts that do not meet the needs, in order to meet the requirements of the bathroom cabinet. When the requirements of installation can be met after painting, it is sometimes required that all components be assembled on site to test without error; (The size proportion of the bathroom cabinet is determined after repeated trial-and-error by designers and experts, ensuring that the appearance proportion and practical functions reach a higher level, once the style is determined, it will not be easy to change.)

8. Lacquer:

The use of professional polyester paint ensures insect-proof and waterproof in use requirements; unique and generous color is a key to maintain high-grade in the market. It is divided into primer and topcoat, which need four times altogether. The function of primer is to seal wood pore, fix color and remove small wood thorns. Topcoat can be painted only after the primer is dry. Topcoat finally shows cabinet color. At the same time, waterproof and insect-proof treatment are also carried out. Paint takes a long time. For the sake of personal quality, the process of painting can not be simplified to shorten the production time, so the process of painting a bathroom cabinet is more than 3 days. Paint shop has strict operating procedures, especially in the paint shop, because after the paint is dried, it is necessary to assemble, so there is no dust in the workshop, and all workers in the paint shop must wear masks.

9, install:

The dry parts of the paint are assembled on the professional installation table, and the size, installation and paint problems of the cabinet body are checked. After the assembly, the cabinet is packed with fresh-keeping film and fixed with large-sized wooden crates outside the carton.
