How does our services work?

To help you getting familiar with the manufacturing process in China and our services,  please review the flowchart below as it demonstrates our standard protocol of practices when it comes to procurement for our customers. Please also be reminded that there isn’t a single formula that can apply to every scenario as we understand each project has its distinct nature and therefore has to be customized. And that’s the core values that we hold when serving our customers. 

Project Assessment and Feasibility Analysis

In this step, we have already received the inquiry from our client. We will arrange a virtual meeting or a phone call to understand the details of the projects, including product specifications, project budget, lead time, and etc. With a clear understanding of our client’s goal, we will assess the project and analyze the feasibility. At the end we will work out the details and propose a optimal solution from our end.

Sourcing Suppliers and Developing Prototype

Based on the goal of our client’s project, we will start to source prospective suppliers. In this step we will normally choose 3-5 merit-based candidates, and we will guide our clients to decide together the final candidate given their offers and credentials. Once determined our supplier for the project, we will schedule a factory audit upon request.  During the factory audit, we will negotiate with the supplier on our client’s behalf to meet budget requirement and prepare samples, or develop a prototype (for ODM projects) for our client’s reference.

On-site Quality Control

Once the sample/prototype is approved, we will jump right into production. During the production, our professional quality engineers and inspectors exercise due diligence according to ISO 9000 standards for quality control throughout the entire process. We offer an on-site product inspection performed on a regular basis and you will receive weekly reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process. All the actual status of non-conformance will be reported and related corrective actions for improvements be suggested.

Production Monitoring and Risk Management

During In-process quality Inspection associated with our project monitoring, our experienced quality engineers will check the complete production process step by step, including the process set up, key components and materials, working instructions and semi-products as well as the completed products. Our inspectors will scrutinize the factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects. This In-process quality inspection can help identify problems as they arise during the production process, thus allowing corrective action to be taken at an early stage so that to avoid the last minute delays during final pre-shipment inspection.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

We will arrange a final pre-shipment when 80% of the goods ordered are export packed, or in a urgent case approved by our customer, when merchandise is fully produced, packed and in all respects ready for shipment.  We use the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit.When working with a supplier overseas it’s critical to ensure the specifications you’ve agreed upon are in fact met, having pre-shipment inspection from our end gives you the peace of mind that your order has been filled successfully before it is dispatched.

Container Loading Supervision

During a Container Loading Check, our well-trained inspectors will select boxes at random to confirm each carton bears the quantity of product ordered, the quality matches the specifications and/or approved sample provided by you, and that all packaging material contains the correct barcodes, labeling, and packing materials. The entire container loading process is strictly supervised; ensuring all product paid for makes it on the truck. This can make sure that the outer products packaging and containers are in good condition, the products being loaded are the right ones with comparing with the purchase order and without mixing with other products packages, the actually products quantity being loaded, and so on.
