How to Distinguish Artificial Board Wardrobe
Integral wardrobe is used to store clothes, often placed in the bedroom, very frequent contact with people. Therefore, whether the wardrobe board is environmentally friendly is very important. Formaldehyde and other harmful gases volatilized from inferior building materials do great harm to human health. In addition, in the wardrobe production process, the importance of plate as high as 50%, the board should be both environmentally friendly and durable, do not affect the health of family members due to temporary negligence, when buying wardrobes, we should pay attention to three points.
When purchasing wardrobes, the first thing to look at is whether the merchants have the national inspection department’s board inspection report and related inspection certificates. In addition, you can also open the cabinet door to smell, if there is a strong stimulus odor, then more formaldehyde exceeded the standard, not suitable for purchase.
The second is to see whether the formaldehyde emission of sheet metal meets the level of national standard E1. The state only formulates E0 national standard for formaldehyde emission limits of “impregnated paper laminated wood flooring”. For formaldehyde emission limits of wood-based panels used in furniture industry, the national standard GB18580-2001 “formaldehyde emission limits of wood-based panels and their products for interior decoration materials” is adopted. The national standard stipulates that the formaldehyde emission limit of wood-based panels and their products must meet the level E1 standard, that is, the formaldehyde emission of veneered wood-based panels is less than or equal to 1.5 mg/L.
Thirdly, there are many physical and mechanical properties of sheets, such as internal bonding strength, density, burning strength, bonding strength, plane tensile strength, static bending strength, moisture content, water absorption thickness expansion rate, nail holding force and so on.
