Standard and non-standard customized wardrobes
The concept of standard and non-standard customized wardrobes is to do whatever you want, just make what you want. In fact, the characteristics of customized wardrobes are that they can be made according to customers’needs, but in customized wardrobes, there are also great differences, and their differences are reflected in the “standard” and “non-standard”.
Standard customization refers to the wardrobe customization under the specifications and sizes specified by the factory. Standard customized wardrobe advocates functional customization, aiming to make the wardrobe function conform to our daily life habits, rather than simple appearance customization. Standard customized wardrobe has many standard modules of established size, in order to meet different dimensions of space, the internal structure of the cabinet can be customized freely. Non-standard customization refers to customization of all sizes other than factory standard modules. Unlike the functional customization advocated by standard customization, non-standard customization pays more attention to the customization of appearance.
Standards and non-standard customization are also closely related to consumers’wallets. Established modular standard parts can be produced in batches. Non-standard parts need to invest more manpower and material resources in the production process. Moreover, because of its outstanding individuality, it can not be produced in batches, which will lead to waste of productivity and reduce production efficiency. Therefore, the price of “non-standard” customization is slightly higher than that of “standard” customization.
The concept of “functional customization” which has been mature abroad has just sprouted in China. Accepting and promoting the concept of “functional customization” can greatly improve the production efficiency of enterprises, reduce production costs, and thus promote the reduction of customized wardrobe prices. The concept of “functional customization” is win-win for enterprises and consumers.
Customization is based on the actual situation of different customers’homes. It is impossible that every customer’s products are the same size. This is a little contradictory to the “standard”. But if the scope of the standard is limited to sheet metal, process and even service, and does not involve size, then such basic standards are available, even if the household enterprises themselves do not. Setting standards, customers will also give some standards – such as environmental protection of sheet metal and so on.
Therefore, while purchasing customized wardrobes, we should also take into account the standard of customized wardrobes, with standard and reasonable functions, in order to obtain a higher quality of life.
